AEDAS Home contest design proposal is a flexible space for an office area and a sample flat area. It is made with modular and transportable elements that can be adapted to any location.

The showroom is a modular structure that is designed to be easily dismantled and adapted to different construction sites. The showroom includes an office area for sales staff and a sample apartment that potential buyers can visit to get a sense of the layout and finishes.

The showroom is made of wood, a sustainable and eco-friendly material that provides a warm and inviting atmosphere. The use of wood also allows for a more efficient and cost-effective construction process, as it is a relatively lightweight material that is easy to work with.

The office area of the showroom is designed to provide a professional and functional space to meet with potential buyers and answer any questions they may have. The office area includes a reception desk, comfortable seating, and a display area for brochures and other promotional materials.

The sample apartment, on the other hand, is designed to give potential buyers a sense of the layout and finishes of the apartments available for sale. The apartment includes a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, showcasing the different features of the apartments.

The showroom is designed to be easily transported and assembled on different construction sites, allowing the developer to showcase their apartments in various locations. Overall, the showroom is a cost-effective and efficient solution for promoting and selling new buildings, providing potential buyers with a clear idea of what to expect from the final product.
