The refurbishment of the two-bedroom apartment involved a complete remodel of the interior spaces to increase functionality and livability. The small bedroom was converted into a spacious walk-in closet, while the existing walk-in closet and bathroom were combined to create two bathrooms. The in-suite bathroom features high-end finishes such as Gris Zarci countertops and tiles, and a deep soaking bathtub. The guest bathroom is designed with a sleek, modern aesthetic, featuring a walk-in shower with a glass enclosure and a floating vanity with a vessel sink. In the bedroom, the floors were updated with hardwood flooring, and a wallpaper by Tecnografica with a neutral color palette was used. All new light fixtures and hardware were installed to complete the overall look and feel of the refurbished space.
